Eco Design Ready 2022 Woolly Mammoth Stoves are direct air compatible, suitable for 12mm hearths and exceed the DEFRA Smoke Exemption and Eco Design 2022 standards for clean efficient burning.
The multi-fuel Woolly Mammoth 8 MK2 is a British designed stove. This model is both DEFRA Approved and Eco Design 2022 Ready.
Perfectly sized for larger living rooms with an output of 8.0kW, the design combines traditional and durable cast iron with a contemporary steel body and reaches its optimum heat output faster than other stoves of a similar size.
The extra large viewing window gives an enhanced viewing experience providing a beautiful warm glow throughout your room.
The adjustable primary, secondary and tertiary air intakes produce an efficient and clean combustion which reduces the running costs, improves efficiency and reduces refuelling.
All Woolly Mammoth stoves are provided with a 5-year guarantee for peace of mind.
Additional leg extensions of 150mm and 300mm are available creating a log store beneath your stove. Available in our Woolly Mammoth Accessories

Delivery Information
We know that when you have placed your order you will be super excited to take delivery, so we always aim to deliver as fast possible. Some of our products will be delivered direct from our suppliers and we use a number of couriers depending on the product. We aim to deliver within 3-5 days of receiving the order. Once your order has been processed and confirmed for delivery you will receive a notification via email. Depending on the delivery method you may receive a tracking number where you can track the journey of your order, or you will receive confirmation of when the order is ready to be despatched and that the driver will contact you prior to delivery on the day. Deliveries of large items are made on large lorries or 7.5 tonne lorries with a tail lift and a hydraulic pallet truck to bring the item as close to your house as possible. Drivers will always be as helpful as possible but will not be able to unpack or lift the item into your house or into position. If you have any special instructions or restrictions around or when accessing your property please let us know when placing your order and we will make sure the drivers are aware. If for some reason there are any delays to your delivery we will let you know as soon as we can.
Please note that colour variants are painted to order so please allow an extra 5-7 days for delivery.
Documentation
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You may be liable for the cost of returning the item if the product is in an acceptable condition for sale but that you decide you no longer want this item. Cost of return may depend on where the product needs to be collected from, however our standard delivery fee is £49.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
It is essential that all mechanisms, levers, control knobs and valves are checked to be working correctly before installation. Glowingflames will not accept returns of items which have been installed without thorough checking and will not be responsible for costs associated to uninstall a defective product.
If your item is damaged or is incorrect, we will arrange and pay for a courier to collect the item and then deliver you a new one. There may be a delay if the item is not in stock.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases or bespoke items such as those cut or painted to order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You will be notified when your item is returned and that it has been inspected. We will then process your refund within 1-3 working days. Refunds will be made to the same card or account that the purchase was made from. Refunds can take days or even weeks to show in your account depending on your provider.
