Description
The X800 Nickel Black Gas Fire boast a 4.75kW output and 76% efficiency. The slide control allows for adjustment of the heat output and flame effect. The real flames give convection and radiant heat output, the fuel bed is a permanent and realistic log effect. Installation requires a chimney or flue with an opening of (D)300mm (H) 460mm (W) 875mm.

Delivery Information
We know that when you have placed your order you will be super excited to take delivery, so we always aim to deliver as fast possible. Some of our products will be delivered direct from our suppliers and we use a number of couriers depending on the product. We aim to deliver within 10-15 days of receiving the order. Once your order has been processed and confirmed for delivery you will receive a notification via email. Depending on the delivery method you may receive a tracking number where you can track the journey of your order, or you will receive confirmation of when the order is ready to be despatched and that the driver will contact you prior to delivery on the day. Deliveries of large items are made on large lorries or 7.5 tonne lorries with a tail lift and a hydraulic pallet truck to bring the item as close to your house as possible. Drivers will always be as helpful as possible but will not be able to unpack or lift the item into your house or into position. If you have any special instructions or restrictions around or when accessing your property please let us know when placing your order and we will make sure the drivers are aware. If for some reason there are any delays to your delivery we will let you know as soon as we can.
