The Saltfire ST-X8 - new addition to our range of ultra-clean-burning stoves. This model has been in development for some time in our labs and is now on sale.
The largest size model of the new ST-X range - the ST-X8 is rated at 8kW output, and approx 81% efficiency.
EcoDesign compliant to meet ErP requirements with minimal emissions.
Constructed from a precision-welded thick steel body with cast iron door and thermo-refractory fire brick inner linings.
Many times cleaner than the required standard for "DEFRA" exemption, it can legally be used anywhere in the UK including the strictest of smoke control zones.
Designed with simple, easy to operate user friendly controls.
With a large viewing window for amazing views, the flame pattern with the advanced "after-burner" produces a beautiful dancing flame.
The ST-X8 is a multi-fuel stove able to efficiently burn wood logs or smokeless coal - the coal ashes will fall through the grate and into the ash can which easily lifts out when full.
The stove is ready to install, no assembly is required and comes complete with high temperature mitt/glove.
Finished in black high temperature paint which we source from the USA and with thermo-ceramic clear glass from the industry-leading "Schott" brand in Germany.
The air-wash system draws air across the glass keeping it clean and clear giving you the best view.
The 125mm diameter top flue outlet can be connected to a 125mm diameter flue liner or twin wall flue.

Delivery Information
We know that when you have placed your order you will be super excited to take delivery, so we always aim to deliver as fast possible. Some of our products will be delivered direct from our suppliers and we use a number of couriers depending on the product. We aim to deliver within 3-5 days of receiving the order. Once your order has been processed and confirmed for delivery you will receive a notification via email. Depending on the delivery method you may receive a tracking number where you can track the journey of your order, or you will receive confirmation of when the order is ready to be despatched and that the driver will contact you prior to delivery on the day. Deliveries of large items are made on large lorries or 7.5 tonne lorries with a tail lift and a hydraulic pallet truck to bring the item as close to your house as possible. Drivers will always be as helpful as possible but will not be able to unpack or lift the item into your house or into position. If you have any special instructions or restrictions around or when accessing your property please let us know when placing your order and we will make sure the drivers are aware. If for some reason there are any delays to your delivery we will let you know as soon as we can.
Please note that coloured options are sprayed to order so please allow for an additional 4 weeks for delivery.
Price includes a tin of colour matched paint to allow for future touch ups if required.
