The classic Melody model but adding the textures and smell of the firewood into the mix. Some like the seamless lines of the doored model but others like to see the evening’s fuel, ready to crackle into life and usher into the house the warmth and cosiness of a real fire.
Lab tested to 70% under the London particulate emissions limit, the Melody LS SE is the low emission version. Upgrading to higher efficiency fires is part of the answer to controlling air quality.

Delivery Information
We know that when you have placed your order you will be super excited to take delivery, so we always aim to deliver as fast possible. Some of our products will be delivered direct from our suppliers and we use a number of couriers depending on the product.
As standard order will be delivered within 2-4 weeks.
Once your order has been processed and confirmed for delivery you will receive a notification via email. Depending on the delivery method you may receive a tracking number where you can track the journey of your order, or you will receive confirmation of when the order is ready to be despatched and that the driver will contact you prior to delivery on the day. Deliveries of large items are made on large lorries or 7.5 tonne lorries with a tail lift and a hydraulic pallet truck to bring the item as close to your house as possible. Drivers will always be as helpful as possible but will not be able to unpack or lift the item into your house or into position. If you have any special instructions or restrictions around or when accessing your property please let us know when placing your order and we will make sure the drivers are aware. If for some reason there are any delays to your delivery we will let you know as soon as we can.
